'Huru hau' is a prohibition to pick fruits from trees, and the cure is with betel – sirih pinang. Symptoms: pain in knees, joint ache and pain. Before treatment somebody measures with their palms over the upper body – 'baga' – to find out which huru it is, and who can treat it. Materials: tops of bamboo 'hao', crushed by rubbing against a stone. 'Hao' can be exchanged with 'moro' (plant). The chewed mixture is put on the place one is hurt/ill.
