The narrative which Dinah and Godiya told about the pictures was the following: A man used to be good and kind to his girlfriend whom he later married. Before marriage, he did not drink alcohol. However, after he got married and he and his wife had their first child, he had his first drink under the influence of his friends. When he got home later that evening, he beat and injured his wife and was taken into police custody. He badly harmed his wife and regretted his actions. He was sentenced to ten years in prison.
