Description:		This articles discusses final nasal vowels and consonants in Ikaan, showing their forms, their distribution, the phonological processes they undergo and variation that has been observed. It shows that final nasal vowels differ from oral vowels in their distribution and behaviour. Final nasal consonants show asymmetrical phonological behaviour and properties and may hold clues for the classification of Ikaan within the Benue-Congo language family.
